We are looking for an Account Director, Sales - Corporate (Singapore) to join our team!
As an Account Director, Sales - Corporate (Singapore), we require you to:
- Responsible for multi-property implementation of sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels
- Responsible for implementing all sales activities to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels
- Develops strategies to secure and/or maintain preferred hotel status for global accounts and optimize revenue contribution from these managed accounts for all Singapore hotels.
- Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio.
- Solicits and drives all negotiated–transient and group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
- Proactively partners with Business Conversion team colleagues to source new business from within each assigned market and market segment, generating viable enquiries and assisting with the conversion of business always with a view to maximize revenue for the hotels.
- Participates in development of the Area Sales Plan, budget and market audits, and implements corresponding sales action plans with the Business Development sales team.
- Gathers and shares information with sales leadership on market trends, competitor activity and emerging markets.
