Actuarial Assistant Manager/Senior Executive (Motor Portfolio Management)

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide data-driven insights using external and internal data sources to enable business initiatives via portfolio management
• Drive discussion with underwriters and claims team to gather insights into business and claim trends
• Provide pricing and analysis support to business stakeholders
• Develop automation solutions to actuarial work processes
• Ensure deliveries follows the department's best practice on risk and compliance

Requirements & Competencies

• Good progress in actuarial qualifications with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in General Insurance pricing or portfolio management actuarial function
• Experience in using data software & machine learning software will be added advantage
• Strong team player who is adaptable, open to a dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways of working
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
