Assistant Manager / Educational Technologist
[What you will be working on]
• Creates personalised learning experiences using various Edtech tools based on the requirements of the course teams and subject matter experts.
• Tests and evaluates emerging Edtech tools for supporting personalised learning.
• Monitors the personalised learning experiences and provide reports on learning trends and preferences.
• Recommends data-driven teaching and learning interventions to promote student success.
• Provides training and support to lecturers in the use of Edtech tools.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with Edtech vendors and tech support colleagues from the schools.
• Other duties as assigned
[What we are looking for]
• Relevant qualification in Instructional Design, Education or Learning Sciences and Technologies would be preferred
• Technical certifications related to Analytics and AI will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, teaching and learning, within a higher educational setting or with adult learners.
• Proven track record in managing digital learning and analytics projects.
• Proven track record in designing and facilitating Edtech workshops for diverse audiences.
• Experience working with Edtech vendors, including integrating Edtech tools into existing learning systems.
• Able to work independently and as a team; Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and mindset.
