What you will do
- Ask why not. We are boosting our current wealth management business from our current level to the best in the world. This is going to involve creativity, problem solving, and finding ways to get things done together
- Embrace data. Tap into teammates and the systems DBS has invested in to understand customers. Shaping and delivering exceptional client experiences to drive engagement, retention and revenue growth
- Know our customers well. Utilise customer insights, data and research to enhance client journey, spark client conversations, and identify acquisition opportunities
- Innovate and create the next big idea. Developing customer value propositions with test marketing programmes for key segments across the region.
- Cross-border exchange. Cross-border (HK, CN, Taiwan, SEA, London and Dubai) and cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across wealth planning, CIO, investment products, business management, data, design, etc. to enable smooth execution of strategic initiatives
- Measure impact. Undertake periodic measurements and analysis of key performance indicators and business outcomes
- Know the market. Understand as well as identify wealth and high net worth (HNW) industry and trends; make appropriate recommendations proactively
About you
- Experience. Not too jaded please. Minimum 5-8 years in the banking/wealth or HNW space, interest in marketing a plus.
- Self-starter. Effective self-starter who flourishes in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Collaborative. Adaptable and respectful of different work cultures across regional markets
- Ownership. Drive the common agenda with excellent project management and negotiation skills
- Work with people. Persuasive with an ability to influence, strong communication skills (A ready smile is a major advantage)
- Mentally agile. Ability to connect the dots between strategy and execution with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Creative problem solver. How do you fit a square peg into a round hole? Ability to challenge conventional wisdom and suggest inventive solutions
