Description

Duties of Brand Ambassador include:

  • Welcoming and engaging with customers visiting the boutique.
  • Provide personalized consultation and styling advice for customers
  • Assist in delivering boutique KPIs and achieve sales targets
  • Responsible in presenting merchandise desirably in accordance to suggested guidelines and maintaining a tidy store consistent with client expectations
  • Coordinates, liaises, and assists customer on service-after-sales (repair).
  • Perform assigned duties per requests from Supervisor/Manager


Qualifications

The ideal background of Brand Ambassador:

  • Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus
  • Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems
  • Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
  • Fantastic customer service skills
