[What you will be working on]
Key Responsibilities
- Partner assigned business units on all budget and resource management matters.
- Contribute to annual and multi-year budget planning and prioritisation, and revenue forecasting exercises, MND-BCA block budget review
Evaluate business unitsβ budget requests, government funding proposals, and fee proposals
Collate and analyse budget returns, government cashflow requirements, and fee reviews from the business, and seek clarifications from Groups when necessary.
Prepare MNDβs returns (e.g., annual budget, annual consolidated returns, fee review etc.)
- Support daily budget operations and budget audit matters
Perform grant drawdowns for government funded projects and programs and monitor their budget utilisation rates.
Perform funds virement for deficient accounts
Prepare audit schedules
- Support any other projects and duties as assigned, for e.g., process improvements initiatives (system related, budget evaluation)
[What we are looking for]
At least a degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy, or other equivalent qualifications.
At least two years of relevant working experience.
Meticulous and comfortable managing large datasets. Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office software is essential, with at least intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
Committed and strong team player, but also able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work within tight deadlines.
