Key Responsibilities: 
  • Hotel Booking: Handle hotel reservations for clients, including researching available options, negotiating rates, and securing bookings based on client preferences and budgetary constraints.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients by assisting with inquiries, offering recommendations, and addressing any concerns or issues related to hotel bookings.
  • Booking Management: Manage hotel bookings from initial reservation to confirmation, including processing payments, issuing confirmation documents, and updating booking details as needed.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of hotel bookings, client preferences, and special requests in the agency's booking system or database.
  • Supplier Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with hotel suppliers and partners to ensure timely and efficient booking processes and access to exclusive deals or discounts.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about hotel industry trends, new properties, and destination developments to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services, such as room upgrades, hotel packages, or amenities, to enhance the client's overall travel experience.
                                                                                                       

Requirements

  • Must be a Singaporean or posses a PR
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs and preferences.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to accurately manage booking details, ensure reservation accuracy, and handle special requests.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for resolving issues or conflicts related to hotel bookings, such as availability constraints or booking errors, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating with hotel suppliers to secure favorable rates, room allocations, and booking terms on behalf of clients.
  • Knowledge of Travel Software: Proficiency in using travel booking systems, reservation management software, or online booking platforms to research, book, and manage hotel accommodations.
  • Destination Knowledge: Familiarity with popular travel destinations, hotel properties, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations and advice to clients.
  • Sales and Marketing Abilities: Ability to identify sales opportunities, promote hotel properties or special offers, and persuade clients to book accommodations through the travel agency.
