Job Description
We are seeking for a HR Services Associate with the primary focus on HR administration and efficient operationalization of workforce matters to ensure compliance with MOM, Company HR policies, provisions in Collective Agreements, and enhance employee experience and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Takes care of day-to-day HR operations and provides HR business partnering support to employees
- Provides timely and accurate execution of workforce administrations, relating but not limited to salary exercises, promotions, contract renewals, employee appointments and departures
- Prepares monthly payroll report for payments (including annual wage supplement, bonuses, gratuity, etc.)
- Supports any regulatory, compliance and audit activities, as required
- Continuously reviews processes and systems, to improve operational efficiencies and productivity
- Supports any other HR projects or duties, as assigned
Requirements
- Singaporean or Singapore PR
- Diploma, Business or Human Resource Management preferred
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in a HR Services or HR Operations function
- High level of integrity and sense of confidentiality
- Meticulous and eye for detail and figures
- Exceptional organizational, time management and follow up skills
- Customer centric and possesses excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Savvy with HR System (preferably SuccessFactors)
- Team player and a strong collaborator
