What does the role look like?

• Assist in designing, developing, and updating Power BI dashboards for different HR functions
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify data needs and key metrics for their specific function areas
• Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and consistency with all dashboards
• Work with HR data sources to collect, organize, and clean data for use in Power BI
• Identify areas for improvement in current dashboards and recommend enhancements
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed

What are we looking for?

• Undergraduate with a background in Human Resource, Business, or other related fields
• Good interpersonal skills to influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals
• Passion in AI, Automation and analyzing problems to build creative solutions
• Familiar with Power BI and data visualization tools
