To ensure electrical, instrumentation and control engineering technical scope performance meeting the project specification, budget and stakeholder expectations.
Identify and responsible for the electrical, instrumentation and control engineering deliverables.
Responsible the electrical, instrumentation and control engineering change order and meeting the delivery lead time and stakeholder expectations.
Able to read and implement the project technical specification to the project deliverables.
Attend client/ consultants meeting for technical clarifications and related activities.
Facilitate the generation of the control, electrical and instrumentation engineering risks and mitigations for the project risk register.
Manage the electrical and instrumentation package vendors and review vendorsβ quotation
Ensure CIE engineering is completed accurately within schedule and budget
Conduct FAT/SAT and equipment troubleshooting
Prepare panel drawings, circuit drawings and all electrical documents
Prepare instrument data sheets and instrument list
Prepare automation engineering documentation such as functional description specifications, control philosophy, control system architecture
Design of Electrical & Instrumentation panels based on water and wastewater treatment process requirements (focus on RO & MBR applications basis)
Identify instruments, electrical equipment and components to procurement.
Any other duties commensurate with the role.
Requirements
Degree in electrical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, control and instrumentation or related fields.
Experience in water / wastewater treatment & FPSO projects is a plus.
5 years and above experience.
Experience in the industries standard, NORSOK, NEK, PSA, IEC, BS & etc. and hazardous areas classification.
Willing to travel overseas based on project requirements.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
General computer knowledge is essential (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
