Job Description & Summary

We are looking for one technically strong and motivated Manager / Senior Manager (with IT Audit specialization), to support the Compliance function. The selected individuals should ideally open for a one-year 50 -100% secondment with the option to extend for another year based on performance assessment. The role requires the persons with the following key attributes: effective time management with prioritization skills, high level of accuracy with attention to detail, strong analytical & problem-solving skills and, most importantly, strong positive work attitude.

Skills that one can expect to develop further during the secondment:

  • critical thinking

  • report writing

  • presentation

as well as confidence in dealing with all levels of professionals, including partners, personnel from other LoS and teams in other PwC firms.

The selected individuals can expect to be involved in a broad range of projects within the Compliance and Internal Audit functions, which will provide opportunities to work independently as well as in teams. Some of these are:

  • Supporting the internal X-LoS cold file review programme (e.g. perform AML reviews and coordinate review process);

  • Supporting planning, execution and reporting of firm's internal audit efforts, as well as firm's compliance testing requirements in accordance with Network Standards requirements;

  • Supporting collaboration and sharing of best practices amongst CaTSH and ASEANZ firms;

  • Supporting design and delivery of compliance training requirements;

  • Supporting testing and roll-out of the Global KYC tool implementation.
