Cochlears Asia Growth Markets (AGM) headquartered in Singapore, the AGM region incorporates countries within South and South-East Asia, including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. AGM currently uses both direct and distributor business models. Cochlear AGM represents one of the fastest growing region in Asia Pacific through market growth and win in market leadership.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an solid Marketer to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager and working as part of the AGM Leadership team, this position plays a critical role in our continued growth and success across the region.

In this diverse and varied role, you will be responsible for developing, defining and executing the short, mid and long-term marketing, services and business development strategies for the Asia Growth Markets business, supporting our growth, ambitions and results.

Working in partnership the APAC regional and global Marketing and Services teams you will set and drive strategies that drive growth and strengthen our market position across the following areas:

• Product management,
• Product marketing and services/customer marketing,
• Candidate and recipients demand generation, DTC mrketing communications,
• Professional education and engagement and Commercial model evaluation and go-to-market strategy

As the Marketing Director, you will translate these strategies and plans to our country based Marketing teams to ensure alignment with Global, regional and local needs.

About You. As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To be successful in this role we are seeking someone with the following skills and experience for this role:

• Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Medicine or relevant field
• MBA from a premier Institute is preferred
• 10+ years marketing experience in a managerial position in a MNC
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Passionate about building an engaging customer experience
• Strong business acumen, including problem solving skills, critical and strategic thinking and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and proven track record of leading and working effectively with remote colleagues
• Ability to consistently work in an efficient, detail-oriented and data-driven manner
