MISSION:

To contribute towards growing the business and profitability of the respective category by leveraging regional consumer & market insights and by successfully implementing the APAC marketing strategy.

 

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Promote an ongoing pipeline of product/category trends, in alignment with regional strategic priorities and account plans.
  • Be the expert authority for the respective category and sub-categories to feed/guide APAC Marketing Category plans and support client projects.
  • Drive the proactive category tools with internal partners and contribute actively in client briefs to define the strategy to win the brief in collaboration with Account Managers & FDMs.
  • Ensure that APAC category tools contain relevant regional insights, aligned with global category guidelines.
  • Work closely with global marketing on marketing guidelines, and exchange of information and ideas.
  • Be able to communicate in a way that is consistent with global guidelines in order to make Eurofragance differentiation and advantage come across clearly both internally and at a client level.
  • Foster innovative thinking to develop relevant concepts/insights that are in line with the category drivers and client strategies in order to create unique fragrance solutions.
  • Translate cross category market trends and consumer lifestyle into relevant product and brand concepts.
  • Collaborate with commercial team on assessing opportunities and develop on-target winner fragrance offerings and presentations.
  • Mentor APAC marketing team to ensure knowledge and best practices transfer.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Min Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Marketing

Key Knowledge:

  • Min 4-5 years of experience in FMCG/B2B/Fragrance/Advertising & Digital Marketing in strategic marketing, key account management roles.
  • B2B Marketing knowledge with strong know-how of B2C Marketing in a multi-national environment.
  • Good understanding of marketing strategy and principles including branding, new product development, creative promotions, packaging, digital marketing.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Canva, Word, Excel, Outlook) and interested in developing creative skills to manage Adobe Photoshop basics.
  • Creativity and passion for fragrances and for consumers with strong interest in product, concept, olfactive development.

Languages and level:

Excellent Verbal and Written Command of English.
