What your scope entails

Amplify our digital bank’s story and services through marketing campaigns and the bank’s digital footprint to driving acquisition, retention and loyalty

Execute thoughtful and impactful campaigns and communications based on data and sound analysis, to drive consideration and nurture deeper engagement 

Use and develop content for paid and owned channels and communications to drive brand engagement and brand affinity, in turn impacting app usage and stickiness

The day-to-day activities:

Develop and execute product marketing campaigns and communications on paid media, partner channels, and the GXS website, to acquire high-value app downloads and build brand awareness. 

Execute lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns on owned and in-app channels to drive product usage. 

Do cool stuff on social media! Identify compelling and relevant ways to connect with consumers to drive brand affinity and key messaging on digital platforms.

Provide support for day-to-day marketing operations. Inclusive of social media monitoring for insights / issues, execution of lifecycle communications on marketing automation tools, and managing campaign calendars, timelines, documentation.

Work closely with the wider marketing team including PR / Corp Comms, business teams, and agency partners to build a kick-ass brand

The must-haves:

If you are passionate about having an irreversible positive impact on the way Singaporeans bank, and love building brands from the ground up, this role is for you. You should also meet the following requirements: 

>2 years experience in junior marketing roles, with focus on product marketing or lifecycle marketing, with a good understanding on digital marketing. Background in payments, financial services, consumer internet, FMCG is a plus. 

Strong understanding of communication fundamentals - what makes a good piece of communication, messaging hierarchy, media landscape and media planning - required.  Experience with App media and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.   

A good understanding of the social landscape and trends.  that you can turn into differentiated communications on our digital and social channels.

A sense of curiosity and hunger to make things better - observant in identifying patterns and tracking marketing efforts. Intuitive in understanding the cause and use that to continually improve and create impactful and beautiful work. 

Willingness to roll up sleeves and collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to move things forward in the best way for the brand. 

Start-up experience is a major plus; eagerness to operate in an ever-changing, dynamic, highly competitive and fast-paced environment is a must.
