We are seeking a Research Engineer to join a university-level research centre collaborating with industry. Successful candidates will be involved in a project that is related to 3D Animation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement user interfaces for interactive 3D animation tools and systems.
Build dynamic web applications using modern front-end frameworks.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end solutions with server-side logic.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for efficient communication between components.
Contribute to database design, development, and optimization for project needs.
Utilize containerization technologies like Docker for application deployment and scaling.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Vue.js or similar front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with the Django back-end framework for server-side development.
Strong knowledge of database design and optimization.
Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Working knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality code.
