We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales and Business Development Manager to join our international team.
This role is crucial in achieving sales targets and promoting ethical products in the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on scientific promotion, customer relationship management, and a deep understanding of ISO procedures and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities

Product Promotion
Utilize your expertise to detail the features, advantages, benefits, and unique selling points of our specialized product portfolio, ensuring high visibility and market penetration.

Sales and Target Achievement
Drive and deliver on sales targets, providing regular and detailed reports on sales performance, business development activities, and competitor analysis.

Customer Relationship Management
Actively build, nurture, and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring exceptional service and engagement.

Market Feedback
Offer timely feedback to management regarding customer insights, market trends, product performance, and any emerging issues, contributing to strategic planning and product development.

Team Collaboration
Engage proactively in all business meetings and team collaborations, sharing insights and strategies for market growth.

Compliance and Best Practices
Adhere strictly to approved pharmaceutical practices and regulations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in the industry.



Requirements

Education
Minimum Diploma and/or Degree in Bioscience, Pharmacy, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience
Relevant industry experience of 3 years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical fields is preferred.

Skills
Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language
Fluent in English, One Asian Language, German is a plus.
