The incumbent will provide proactive and comprehensive service to both internal and external customers in all aspects of the Company's import and export freight forwarding services.

  • Receive requests to execute shipments and follow up with local/overseas product teams to make bookings.
  • To conduct follow-up on the shipment status to be able to update the clients accordingly.
  • Obtain rates from Crane offices/vendors and prepare costing sheets and quotations.
  • Manage and grow business with our House Accounts.
  • Support Sales Team in providing rate/service requests and support them on shipment related matters.
  • To be able to provide freight solutions and propose to clients.
  • Escalate shipment issues and help with resolution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Able to perform independently & connect well in a team player environment.
  • Take on additional responsibilities if required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Tactful and courteous demeanor with excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders
  • Meticulous, organized, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service to the client
  • Effective team player
  • Possess experience in freight forwarding.
