The incumbent will provide proactive and comprehensive service to both internal and external customers in all aspects of the Company's import and export freight forwarding services.
Receive requests to execute shipments and follow up with local/overseas product teams to make bookings.
To conduct follow-up on the shipment status to be able to update the clients accordingly.
Obtain rates from Crane offices/vendors and prepare costing sheets and quotations.
Manage and grow business with our House Accounts.
Support Sales Team in providing rate/service requests and support them on shipment related matters.
To be able to provide freight solutions and propose to clients.
Escalate shipment issues and help with resolution.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
