We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Senior Sales & Retail Manager for the Southeast Asian markets. In your role, you will report directly to our Head of Commercial SEA and work cross functionally with different teams.
- To be responsible and drive all top-line revenue
- Be the key contact point for all retail partners and manage the day to day business, which includes sell-in/sell-out, and inventory management
- Focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships with retail partners to ensure long-term success and successful partnerships, and to achieve performance results and profitability
- Collect and consolidate sales data from offline partners and report to global on weekly bases
- Manage the pipeline for new retail partners, or new products for existing retailers
- Manage forecasts provided by retailers of top products and new products to ensure enough stock supply on new launches or big campaign moments
- Lead or participate in the negotiations with retail partners on key launches, space, location and stock
- Co-ordinate with other internal departments on retail activity (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, legal department)
- To plan staffing and retail HC across the region
- Drive retail excellence by overseeing the effective implementation and maintenance of in-store testers and incentive programs to enhance customer experience and sales performance
Some attributes we are looking for
- 5-7 years of experience in retail sales management, account management role, preferably in beauty or (and) retail
- Results driven, and analytical in approach to identifying opportunities
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Eligibility to work in Singapore
- Ability to travel when required
