Description
Requirements
- Develop engineering designs based on project requirements, from conceptual to schematic and detailed designs;
- Carry out structural design analysis and calculations;
- Participate in the tendering processes and monitors the work of contractors and subcontractors;
- Maintain overall records of incoming and outgoing documents, drawing registers, RFI and shop drawings to ISO standard compliance;
- Assist Project Director/Manager to resolve/review design, specifications, calculations, and other submittals, ensure the designs and models developed are in accordance to project requirements and attend to site queries/ issues;
- Review and approve contractor’s shop drawings and material submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent;
- Possesses minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity;
- Positive attitude & meticulous, has an eye for details;
- Good communication & inter-personal skills, team-player;
- Fast learner & ability to multi-task & work independently;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, PowerPoint.
