Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide warranty, service technical support, commissioning, troubleshooting and 3rd party breakdown repair to the authorised dealers and/or end users in compliance to the Product Manual
  • Provide on-site technical assistance to conduct and oversee the rigging, troubleshooting and repairing of Manitowoc Crane product
  • Train dealers representatives to commission the first new product model launched
  • Communicate with the factory and colleagues within the Manitowoc group to resolve, find solutions and share experiences on product technical support related matters
  • Analyzes reports of technical problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service and maintenance processes and recommend modifications to eliminate future problems.Ā 
  • AssistS dealers/customers in providing technical assistance by way of phone support
  • Process analytical skill in investigating Crane accident causes and to provide technical report.
  • Any other adhoc job assigned by management or immediate supervisor.

Ā Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering or other equivalent technical/vocasional qualification
  • Minimum 2-years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge and correct application of hand tools, electronic devices and computer
  • Must be able to read and interpret schematics drawings
  • Mature and independent in handling issue and problem solving
  • WIlling to travel locally and overseas within short notices
