Job Responsibilities
- Contact leads to verify their interest in Community Health Posts
- Assist in the collation of data for phone calls and appointments
- Carry out projects/assignments as and when assigned
- Assist in onsite operations during community events as and when assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma Holder in any discipline
- Good communications skills
- Proficiency in 'O'-Level Chinese is required to effectively communicate with elderly residents
- Familiarity with dialects such as Hokkien and Cantonese is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a routine environment while maintaining attention to detail
