Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team for a short-term assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management of a campaign from December till February for a leading brand.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to project manage a leading brand’s campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Liaise with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and production, to develop and execute campaign concepts
- Manage external vendors, suppliers, and manpower to ensure seamless execution
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure successful event execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
- Ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Work closely with our digital team to integrate the campaign with our digital platform and drive results
- Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- Ideally candidate should have experience in event management, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience working with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
