Our client, a luxury cosmetics MNC is looking for a Travel Retail Account Coordinator (SEA) based in Singapore.
REPORTING
- Punctually collect at the start of each month the sell-out, market trends & inventory reports from every retailer in the zone.
- Updating of the SEA SISO file and itemized sellout by key retailers for consolidation before the 10th of every month
- Regularly update the various database utilized in the TR team for respective geographic areas, e.g. CAPEX & distribution, customers profile, airlines listings, promotions master, budget tracker, BA salary master, accruals, marketing supply chain
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SERVICING- As the custodian of all data / information of the customers, the TRAC rigorously upkeeps a comprehensive database for each and every customer of the region, i,e. terms contracts & agreements, price lists, customer profile details, custom regulatory requirements, contact details, statement of accounts details.
- The TRAC would be the coordinator and main point of contact for the following:
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Analyze retail sell-through versus current inventory to understand inventory level of retailers to giving updates to Supervisor.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to manage a healthy inventory, to prevent out of stock or ageing inventory situations.
POS DISPLAY & MERCHANDISING
- Make the necessary POP (testers & POSM) allocations according to each POS requirement, following the predetermined marketing and training calendars.
- Communicate & disseminate ahead of time through the help of Visual Merchandiser all VM guidelines and schedules to customers and field coordinators to ensure timely & consistent to plan executions of all VM in store.
- Collect visual evidence for reporting and VM + Marketing comments.
BUDGET MONITORING / STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Issue purchase requests & purchase orders for all expenses of SEA region.
- Reconcile every invoice / expense / adhoc requests with the budget framework governed by TRAD.
- The initiator to a good balance of accounts for all customers, ensuring that the credit payment terms are duly respected.
BA MANAGEMENT
- Free Goods Allowance Ordering.
- Sales incentives computation, ordering and dispatching.
- Monthly tracking, computation and submission (whenever necessary) of BA salaries, commissions and incentives.
- Dispatch of uniforms & accessories.
AIRLINES ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT- Act as the key liaison officer to airlines retailers to ensure ideal brand representation onboard of airlines.
- Collate and monitor sales and performance reports of all airline listings.
- Working closely with marketing and demand planning to ensure sufficient stocks of listed items.
- Keep close constant contact with airline retailers to grasp clear view of airlines needs and requests.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support function in a sizable company preferably specialized in the beauty, retail or FMCG industry
- Display a high degree of responsibility, integrity, attentiveness to details with a proactive willingness to action.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders from various expertise background and cultures.
- Time management efficiency and capable of prioritizing, ability to balance the demands & requests of various stakeholders.
Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, with basic proficiency in the other Microsoft office applications.
- Fluency in English & Chinese.
