Business Function  

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.  

Responsibilities

• To manage the Tableau Infra support, License administration and version upgrade and change processes. To understand the company's existing Infrastructure and Processes to setup automated maintenance/release processes for BI tools.
• To work as Tableau SME on consultation, troubleshooting and solutioning. Be able to work with vendors to resolve product issues and request for new features when required.
• Reporting Data modelling. To implement the right data model and sourcing strategies based on performance requirements and data volumes.
• Oversee complete BI scope. To manage a team of BI developers on multiple BI projects for different user groups.
• BI performance tuning and implementation of best BI practices.
• Manage the overall user experience/journal with BI tools

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in the BI area
• Hands on experience on Dashboard building with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview)
• Good track record of project deliveries.
