Our client is a market leader in international insurance solutions for individuals, professionals and companies. Due to business growth, we are currently partnering with them to look for an Account Coordinator in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Account Manager, your day to day responsibilities include working with intermediaries, prospective and existing clients as well as their insurer partners on day to day servicing of medical plans. The successful candidate acts as a liaison person with inter-departments from operations, medical teams, finance and actuarial departments to ensure client's requests are met. You will be responsible in providing reports and information on sales reporting of business transactions to Account Managers. Lastly, the candidate will manage Individual and Group contracts and working alongside the Sales team to ensure new and renewal contracts are properly executed within timeframe. You will also provide backend support to the Sales team e.g. quotations, broker / client enquiries. In this role, you will be part of a performance driven team with opportunities to learn and grow your skill sets.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business administration / management or equivalent and at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales support / account management within the Insurance sector. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive and has the ability to prioritise the multiple tasks on hand. You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively. Candidates with CGI or PGI, BCP and HI certifications are preferred but not a pre-requisite.
