Summary

As a Digital Strategist focused on Adobe Analytics, you will embed with business teams to turn Adobe Analytics data into clear, actionable insights that drive commercial impact and customer‑experience improvements. You will pair with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, marketing, customer care etc to understand their business objectives and guide them with daily analysis, dashboard creation, root‑cause investigations, and strategic recommendations, leveraging your deep Adobe Analytics expertise. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders such as product, marketing, sales and customer‑care stakeholders to frame objectives, KPIs and analytic needs.
  • Monitor and interrogate Adobe Analytics dashboards daily; build new workspaces, segments and calculated metrics where needed.
  • Conduct root‑cause analyses and journey deep dives to reveal drivers, barriers and growth opportunities across the funnel.
  • Translate findings into recommendations, help with prioritization based on business impact and provide test ideas with optimization plans.
  • Support campaign lifecycles: validate data readiness pre‑launch, track performance in‑flight, and deliver post‑campaign learnings.
  • Champion data quality and tagging best practices in collaboration with implementation teams.
  • Upskill colleagues on self‑serve analytics and storytelling with data.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Proven hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics (Workspace, segmentation, reporting); Adobe Launch familiarity a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex insights into clear, business‑friendly narratives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong grasp of customer‑journey analysis, experimentation, and conversion optimisation.
  • T‑shaped skill set: deep analytics expertise plus broad understanding of product, marketing, and CX functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Adobe Analytics Certification – Business Practitioner or Architect preferred.
