The purpose of the role is to support the change management lead in the execution of change management activities. This includes identifying and materializing communications & training resources, supporting highly specialized Change Management approaches by function (global & multi-site) and/or entity.
• Proven hands-on experience with change management in technology-led transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in change impact assessment, communication planning, training design, and adoption management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and business leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Change Support Advisor
Recurring Workstream Meeting and Project Administration Meetings
● Participate weekly Change Management Project workstream meeting and contribute to agenda planning.
● Prepare and deliver Change Management Project workstream report-outs on internal Project Team meetings
Change Management Orientation
● Identify attendees and coordinate scheduling
Change Impact Assessment
● Partner with Workday to complete stakeholder identification and change impact activities and develop summary of impacts by persona.
● Partner with Workday consultant to attend all relevant meetings to document change impacts by stakeholder group
Change Management Strategy
● Partner with Workday on Change Management Strategy activities
● Provide required inputs and discovery information for strategy.
● Manage internal review process.
● Partner with Workday to apply internal feedback and finalize strategy.
● Present finalized strategy to key stakeholders
Training Strategy and Needs Analysis
● Partner with Workday on Training Strategy and Training Needs Analysis
● Create Training Plan and Curriculum
● Coordinate internal Training Plan review processes with SMEs and key stakeholders
Training Development
● Partner with Workday on Training Development activities
● Coordinate internal Training Plan review processes with SMEs and key stakeholders.
● Develop any additional training materials beyond the scope outlined in this SOW including but not limited to e-learning and videos.
● Manage the storage and distribution of all training materials
Train-the-Trainer
● Identify internal trainers to participate in train-the-trainer sessions and manage all logistics (e.g., dial-in information, room booking)
● Designate one or more functional leads to provide knowledge transfer to internal trainers
● Support the delivery of the train-the- trainer session
Training Delivery
● Responsible for all planning, preparation, delivery, and assessment of end-user training
