The Assistant / Retail Manager will be responsible for driving sales, recruiting and developing of retail team members, and conduct product training for the retail team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly sales goals and effectively cascading this to the field team
- Analyze and assess retail productivity from channels to doors to BA/BEs, including monitoring of retail and service KPIs
- Effectively lead team to ensure that all corporate initiatives are met and collaborate with the marketing team on in-store initiatives to achieve retail sales target
- Support marketing team in forecasting new products based on historical data and from current trend from each retail channels
- Monitor and control SOH. Ensure proper inventory management and that stock levels are accurate.
- Control monthly/yearly/expense target of the team
- Develop and coach retail team effectively by utilizing all tools available for on-counter coaching
- Work alongside marketing team to come up with locally relevant in-store activities, tactical offers, promos to support focus categories and key launches
- Responsible for all process of online Booking system i.e. translation, training, liaise with Regional team and communicate with all local stores
- Facilitate quarterly stock count and inventory alignment
- Ensure all VM guidelines, priorities and timelines are followed and executed, and are aligned with budget
- Responsible for training (both classroom and in-store coaching) and monitor the retail team’s skills and techniques to match Regional standard
- Ensures all POS meet the regional hygiene requirements and assists in sourcing the necessary tools and supplies, if neccesary
- Monitor and strengthen retail team’s productivity
- Co-ordinate with International/Regional Training team on a regular basis

• Minimum 4 years of training/sales experience in cosmetic/retail environment
• Team leader with strong focus in achievement of results
• Proven experience of team/department management
• Possess dynamism and confidence and at the same time articulate and positive
• Genuine interest and appreciation for the cosmetics and luxury industry
