- Developing and executing our communications strategy in order to enhance our branding, demonstrate thought leadership, and generate positive narratives around our company’s activities
- Crafting content and communication materials for internal and external audiences, including press releases, website posts, and social media updates
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent messaging across various platforms
- Working with the team to execute communication initiatives, tracking deliverables and ensuring timelines are met
- Performing research and generating insights to support strategic communications decision-making within the team
- Track and analyze communication campaign performance
- Assist in planning and executing public relations initiatives
- Enhance employer branding through strategic communication efforts
- Assist in managing and executing CSR / community outreach events (about 4-5 events per year)
- Provide event logistical support at branch townhalls or thematic events (such as Emcee)
- To effectively manage the Corp Comms budget for any communications platforms and tools.
- Assist the Department Head in admin matters
Overview of Division/Department
SGAD-CCS
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a relative Corporate Communications role
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail, including the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment.
- Proficiency to ideate and script video content
- Experience in using post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva etc)
