Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Optimize Business Processes
  Implement and refine processes within the Client Lifecycle Management domain, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance. A significant portion of this work involves Java- and Spring Boot–based development for core functionality.
• Data Modelling & Persistence
  Design and evolve relational data models for CLM Nova. Implement persistence layers (e.g. JPA/Hibernate), write efficient SQL queries, and ensure data integrity, performance, and auditability across the lifecycle of client data.
• Product-Level Solution Support
  Manage complex operational issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve incidents and defects across the stack (front-end, back-end, database, and integrations). Ensure stability and continuous improvement of CLM Nova throughout its product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Business & Domain Experts
  Translate business and regulatory requirements into robust technical solutions, including process logic, data structures, and integration patterns.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance
  Maintain high standards of quality, security, and regulatory compliance for solutions related to Client Lifecycle Management, including data handling and retention.
• CI/CD and Deployment
  Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, reliable deployments. Contribute to automated testing, quality gates, and GitOps-based workflows to support continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Backend Engineering (Java & Spring Boot)
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integration patterns
• Databases & Persistence
  • Solid experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL or similar)
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of transactions, indexing, query optimisation, and schema design
  • Experience with ORM frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate
• CI/CD Pipelines
  • Hands‑on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD workflows (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
  • Comfortable with automated build, test, and deployment steps, including quality gates
• Containerization & Orchestration
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerised application deployment
  • Experience with GitOps‑style workflows (e.g. Argo CD or similar) is a strong advantage
• Version Control (Git)
  • Strong experience with Git, including branching strategies, pull/merge requests, and code review practices
