Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform below listed duties and/or other duties as designated from time to time.
- Responsible for new client development and revenue targets for Singapore
- Client development shall include, but not be restricted to
- Account management of key clients with the targeted numbers
- Management, support and growth of other key accounts as assigned by Country Director Singapore
- Contribute to sales expansion in Singapore under Country Director Singapore
- Leads generation
- Handling daily sales inquiries and prepare quotations and proposals for clients
- Managing weekly sales progress and report to the top management
- Following up on potential bids and sales issues from commissioned projects
- Presenting Rakuten Insightโs services and products professionally to clients
- Communicating with project teams across different countries effectively
- Developing sales analysis and strategic business development plan to achieve sales target
- Identifying new business opportunities and pro-actively approach new clients
- Working closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects to the highest quality
- In the course of general business, you may be required to supervise junior staff in your direct report line.
- Develop local vendor partnerships in order to best support demand from various offices
- Familiar with Tender systems

Mandatory Requirements
- 2โ3 years of experience in Market Research or related field
- Proven experience managing sales or revenue targets independently
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Hands-on experience in:
- Writing proposals
- Questionnaire design
- Fieldwork coordination
- Data processing
- Ability to guide clients transitioning from traditional research to online methodologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good understanding of sales & marketing principles
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Basic technical understanding of web, database, SasS , or statistical applications and gen AI tools /Microsoft tools knowledge excel/word /ppt
- Basic technical understanding of how the web works, including redirects, coding fundamentals, and concepts relevant to survey programming and panel backend management.
