DescriptionThis is a 6 months' Contract role to cover for Maternity Leave to start in September 2025.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Checking of local and incoming shipments documentation.
- BL / AWB / Invoice / Packing List and other relevant documentations.
- Update Shipment logs.
- Perform BL registration in Glob+ in-house system (training will be provided).
- Verify customs and duties declaration form.
- Raising PO for warehouse miscellaneous usage such as labels.
- Customs compliance and regulations knowledge for Liquor & Tobacco will be an advantage.
- Required to be on site at warehouse to perform duties assigned.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements - Preferably Diploma in Logistics or related discipline
- Pefer 1 years of relevant Logistics experience but not compulsory.
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, eyes for details and communication skill
- Excel knowledge skill eg.VlookUp and Pivot table is required
- Organised and self-motivated
- Able to thrive under pressure and tight deadline
- Knowledge of customs declaration will be advantage but not compulsory
