Description

Responsibilities:

  • Generating quality leads from various channels to develop and expand client base, close sales orders. Build and maintain good relationships with existing and/or new corporate customers and vendors.
  • Attend to customer's requests for proposals, and quotations with the appropriate follow-up.
  • Administer sales fulfilment activities of products and services to ensure timely delivery and completion as per customer orders.
  • Always keeping up with product knowledge and related skill-sets, as well as doing extensive research on market situation and trends.
  • Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data.
  • Prepare reports for tracking of sales activity.
  • Complete any other ad-hoc tasks required.


Requirements
  • Fresh Graduates welcomed.
  • Diploma or Degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior experience working in a similar role is a bonus.
  • Prior experience working with system integrators is a bonus.
  • Data-driven and monitoring-centered.
  • Ability to use basic excel skills and analyse data.
  • Communication and people skills.
  • Passionate in engaging customers and providing excellent service.
  • Strong verbal and oral English proficiency.
