Responsibilities
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Executive oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth order processing, compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise customer service team in handling customer orders and ensure accuracy and timeliness in order processing;
- Provide training on standard operating procedures and customer requirements, ensuring competency;
- Maintain organised records of all customer transactions, receipts, and issues;
- Build strong customer relationships, respond to enquiries, and escalate critical matters as needed;
- Ensure good inventory and warehouse management practices, providing timely updates;
- Perform key reporting on a daily and weekly basis to various regional stakeholders;
- Participate in shipment documentation, including dangerous goods declarations and permit entries;
- Ensure operational compliance, including safety, 5S practices, and timely updates.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred;
- Experience in inventory, permit, and shipment documentation processes;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
