Your role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team working for the Wholesale business in Singapore. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Order Management
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
    • Track orders from placement to delivery, coordinating with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
    • Handle returns in compliance with company policies
    • Maintain records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
  • Customer Support
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email or chat
    • Handle customer complaints providing prompt and effective solutions
    • Provide Information about products, services and order status
    • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g E&M, logistics) to resolve issues that affect customer satisfaction
  • Sales Support
    • Support the promotion of new products and services to customers

 

Network of interaction:

INTERNAL : Commercial, Logistics, E&M, Finance

EXTERNAL : Customer, Courier Service Provider

 

Main requirements:

  • Education at least Higher Nitec
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role is preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and effectively prioritizing workload
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • IT savvy with basic proficiency in Excel
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
