Join a top global biopharma company, to spearhead their Asia Pacific Digital, Data & Analytics  capabilities across 10 markets.

In this high-impact role, you'll:

• Establish and lead a 30+ member DDA organization across APAC (Data Scientists, Forecasters, Engineers, UX experts).

• Drive forecasting, commercial analytics, and applied machine learning to support innovation across vaccines, pharma, and immuno-oncology.

• Lead initiatives in data engineering, visualization, SFE analytics, and capability building in a future-ready global team.

• Act as a strategic advisor to regional and market leadership—driving data-backed decisions to unlock growth and impact.

We’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, digital transformation, and data science leadership.

• Proven experience managing multi-country teams and implementing analytics capabilities from 0 to 1.

• Proficiency in Python, Tableau, Power BI, forecasting, SFE, data engineering.

• A visionary leader with entrepreneurial energy and a “get-things-done” mindset.
