Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for planning and execution of paid digital campaigns, including identification of campaign insights and analytics, meeting performance marketing metrics, optimising conversion rates, maintaining and improving website content. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

Performance marketing and Campaign Insights

  • Monitor Campaign KPIs and conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting to identify opportunities to optimise campaign performance
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to strategize paid campaigns (e.g: Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with actionable recommendations as well as developing and executing A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve key conversion metrics
  • Analyse customer journey, campaign data as well as other data sets using Analytics tools (such as adobe analytics, Tableau and provide insights to improve online conversions across all channels (e.g: organic, paid search, social, etc)
  • Work with agency to build, automate and maintain regular updates on campaign dashboards
  • Manage digital tracking for campaigns and work with agency to set up campaign tracking to improve campaign performance reporting and channel attribution
  • Identify trends, opportunities, audience and competitive business insights to support campaign planning and strategic decisions 
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

 

Website Content & Conversion Optimisation

  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring it is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with branding standards, adopting tools such as Adobe Experience Management for website performance and security optimization.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of website, identifying areas for improvement and conversion rate optimization based on user behaviour, preferences and pain points
  • Create and manage engaging website content that is aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and publicising that through our Content Management System (CMS)
  • Track and monitor existing pages for keyword ranking positions and collaborate with other stakeholders in optimizing content to increase organic search rankings
  • Audit content regularly on the site to ensure that they are factually accurate and are on-brand

 

Job Requirements:

  • General Degree/ preferably in Business, Marketing or Business Analytics 
  • Min. 5 years of experience in performance marketing, business analytics, website optimisation 
  • Hands on experience in paid advertising and conversion rate optimization (including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic DV360)
  • Strong knowledge of Web Analytic tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and tag management tool (e.g. Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager)
  • Hands-on experience with dashboard tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau is a plus
  • Knowledge and Experience with SEO is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passionate about enhancing overall customer journey, experience and engagement on digital channels
