PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Support Executive to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing agent maintenance, system testing, onboarding new firms, handling payments, and generating reports. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulatory requirements, while also taking additional instructions from the manager.

JOB SCPOE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Agent Maintenance:
    • Oversee the creation, termination, suspension, and promotion of agent codes.
    • Manage proxy requests and update agent information.
  • System Testing:
    • Conduct testing for new product launches, new firm launches, and system maintenance
  • New Firm Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the launch of new products and riders
    • Manage distribution agreements and product due diligence
  • Reports and Payments:
    • Generate and send various reports including commission and incentives
    • Process commission and incentive payments
  • Ad Hoc Matters:
    • Respond to email inquiries and manage email whitelisting applications

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

  • Good understanding of life insurance operations in IFA, Bancassurance and Brokers.
  • Proven track record of strong administrative experience with a high level of accuracy and self-starter attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems and software (e.g. AS400, Jira).
