Early Years Educarer

Substance is a forward-thinking recruitment firm that specialises in providing exceptional talent solutions across various industries. We are currently seeking a nurturing Early Years Educarer to guide crucial early development in infants/ toddlers.

Role Overview:

• Create developmentally appropriate learning environments
• Support emerging independence and social skills
• Establish emotional security and attachment in young learners
• Guide and document essential developmental progress and milestones
• Partner with families in their child's development journey

• Early Childhood qualification with infant / toddler specialisation
• Certification from a national early childhood regulatory body (e.g., ECDA, ACECQA, Ofsted, or equivalent)
• Experience with toddler development and care
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
• Excellence in family partnership
