Job Description

Opportunities & Exposure

This role will give you the opportunity to be part of BENEFIT and work collaboratively with teams in an international & culturally diverse environment especially with training responsibilities.

Monthly Training report

-Ensure timely submission of monthly training report within the region

-Consolidate and comply report to be submitted to Regional Education director.

-Identify areas of improve/challenges from the market

Social media training management

-Co-ordinate training preparation for social media program

-Partner on social media training for Instagram and other online training platform

Training co-ordination

-Manage training logistics for classroom training & education event

-Involve in all training set ups

-Plan and proposal interactive training activities for virtual training

-Compile training outcome after each training session

Qualifications

Requirements

• A team player with good inter-personal and communication skills
• Motivated, detailed and effective time management
• Strong multi-tasker with good planning, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs
• Good spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office applications and strong excel skills
• Able to commit for a full time 6 months internship (Jul 25 to Dec 25)
