Your Mission Will Be To:Responsibilities
- Maintain a ‘high-level view" of the entire support process
- Share feedback from the client with the internal team and vice versa
- Conduct regular meetings/catch-ups with customers
- Send out Quarterly NPS Survey and identify customer sentiment/temperature on a weekly basis
- Send out Quarterly Report to customers
- Send out Monthly Business review internally
- Be a point of contact for clients
- Communicate training/headcount needs to the Training/Recruitment Team.
- Ad-hoc tasks, relating to the role.
Nice to haveExposure to different omni channel platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, etc.
