Requirements
Experience with Client Management, Client Retention, Upselling/Cross selling
Fluent in Mandarin (verbal and written)
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Can have background in Customer Service and/or Sales
1-2 years experience in Customer Success Management role

📋 Your Mission Will Be To:

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a ‘high-level view" of the entire support process
  • Share feedback from the client with the internal team and vice versa
  • Conduct regular meetings/catch-ups with customers
  • Send out Quarterly NPS Survey and identify customer sentiment/temperature on a weekly basis
  • Send out Quarterly Report to customers
  • Send out Monthly Business review internally
  • Be a point of contact for clients 
  • Communicate training/headcount needs to the Training/Recruitment Team.
  • Ad-hoc tasks, relating to the role.
Nice to have
Exposure to different omni channel platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, etc.

  • Conducive to Zoom calls (great internet speed, quiet environment, back up internet)
