Our client is a global leader in Luxury Goods. We are currently partnering them to look for a Senior HR Business Partner to provide full spectrum of HR functions and be a strategic partner to help the business grow.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be responsible for driving HR strategies and workforce planning, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations and implementing learning strategies and programs with the L&D team. The candidate will also support internal communication and promote key pillars such as CSR, DEI as well as championing well-being programs and transversal projects.
Requirements
You should have graduated with a Degree in Human Resources with at least 10 years of experience in a business partnering role or with full spectrum of HR functions preferably within the Luxury Goods/Retail, Hospitality or FMCG industry across the APAC region. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organisation, including leadership, influencing and relationship-building across functions. Being a self-starter, you are energetic, positive and has the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Β
