Description

The (Re)insurance industry is evolving—and becoming more inclusive along the way. In a bold step forward, SCOR has joined forces with Howden Insurance Brokers and Charles Taylor Loss Adjusters to launch the (Re)Insurance Industry Alliance. Together, we’re reshaping workforce strategies to reflect a broader and more equitable vision of talent.

As part of this inclusive effort, we’re proud to introduce a pilot programme designed to support and develop talent from Singapore’s disability community. Guided by the core functions of the (Re)insurance industry, the programme offers participants hands-on experience and valuable skills across business and operational areas.

We believe that diversity drives innovation. Through this partnership, we’re building a future workforce that celebrates inclusion and creates equal opportunities for People with Disabilities.
