Responsibilities & Requirements:
Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns. Track campaign performance and provide reports on results.
Event Support: Aid in planning and executing malls events, ensuring marketing materials are in place and assisting with on-the-day event coordination.
Branding & Messaging: Support to ensure all platforms must be timely updated and align with mallβs image and objectives.
Digital Marketing: Assist in exploration of new strategies and contribute ideas to create content for social media platforms, email newsletters and other marketing materials.
Casual Leasing: Support team to source and reach out to prospects to drive revenue and new concepts.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, shopper preferences and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with shoppers and tenants to gather feedback, assist with promotional efforts and contribute to community engagement initiatives.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team including maintaining campaign assets, preparation of purchase orders and license agreements, as and when required.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
Creative mindset with an interest in branding, design, and content creation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Passion for retail marketing and event planning.
