Job Summary
- Work location in Pandan Loop
- Includes 1 month bonus
- Work days/hours Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Responsibilities
• Oversee the infrastructure in the organization.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware and software
• Manage external vendors in providing technical support to other departments and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
• Setup and manage firewall
• Manage Servers, Microsoft Office 365, Onedrive, Sharepoint for the Company
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of IT projects and the overall health of the organization's technology infrastructure.
Requirements
- Preferably holds a diploma/degree in IT with 3-5 years related work experience
- Need to have experience in managing Servers, Firewall, setup laptop for new employees, troubleshoot laptop if there is any issues.
- Have experience in ERP System or Stock Inventory (AutoCount Accounting Software)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
