IT Support Specialist – Technology Architects

Technology Architects is a managed IT services green bay, cybersecurity, and IT consulting company supporting small and mid-sized businesses. The company provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft solutions, and strategic IT consulting.

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist who enjoys solving technical problems, helping customers, and working in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to business clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, workstations, servers, and user accounts.
• Monitor and maintain client IT environments.
• Assist with cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
• Support backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment and related technologies.
• Manage support tickets and document technical resolutions.
• Assist with IT upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members.
• Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and client records.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and endpoint security concepts.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a managed service provider (MSP).
• Experience with Azure, Active Directory, firewalls, switches, or remote monitoring tools.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery platforms.
• CompTIA, Microsoft, or other relevant certifications.
