Assist in supervising and coaching junior team members.
Ensure consistent food quality through regular checks.
Participate in mise-en-place and food production.
Record food wastage and manage stock ordering.
Conduct month-end inventory stock checks.
Collaborate with Resident Chef on kitchen workflow improvements.
Maintain team hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness.
Fulfill additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Min. 5 years relevant experience in a fine-dining environment, preferably in Italian Cuisine
Willing to learn, coach & adaptable to change
Positive in attitude and approach to work
Energetic, cooperative, initiative, and well personal hygiene
Valid Food Hygiene certificate
Ability to commence work immediately is a plus
