Job Summary
Lab Executive independently performs advanced level laboratory functions with competence and minimal supervision. Support the Technology Department through all stages of product development and testing.
Reporting: Senior Laboratory Executive
Role and Responsibilities
1. Ensure all Lab Job Ticket assigned are performed accordingly and completed on time.
2. Independently and competently performs assigned tasks in a prioritized, logical, and timely manner in agreement with company laboratory and safety procedures with competence and minimum supervision
3. Tests in accordance with specifications provided.
4. Perform all core function/testing required by this position.
5. Assists in reviewing & writing of SOPs and standard test methods.
6. Enter test data and conditions into the lab system and can assemble into a simple report.
7. Capable of conducting internal R&R.
8. Troubleshoot lab equipment issues with assistance from M&E/ equipment vendor.
9. Prepare testing report
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Process Technology
• 3 year of related work experiences.
• Work experience in Manufacturing environment will be preferred
• Good understanding of manufacturing safety and 5S
