[What the role is]
This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer, Pharmacy in the School of Health Sciences.[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Plan, develop and conduct both online and face-to-face lectures and tutorials sessions for Diploma, Specialist and Advanced Diploma modules in at least two of the following areas:
Pharmacology
Integrated Nursing Sciences
Nursing Research
Digital Health
- Implement the latest ICT-enabled learning pedagogies and support the development of such tools.
- Provide pastoral care to students to support learning.
- Support school’s outreach efforts, students’ local and overseas programmes.
- Support academic support duties and any other duties as assigned.
[What we are looking for]
A degree in pharmacy
At least 3 years’ working experience in clinical and/or hospital setting in Singapore
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and basic data analysis skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Post- Graduate Diploma in Higher Education, Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and/or Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) would be an advantage
