· Highly motivated leader with 8-12 years of experience, with a strong background in marketing / digital marketing / content creation / communications
· A self-starter who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves.
· Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets in APAC
· Able to manage and develop a team
· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Eloqua and Oracle Sales Cloud are beneficial
· Ability to communicate and influence across all levels of management
Roles and Responsibilities\:
This role will be for 9-months contract for a maternity cover.
· Lead the digital and content marketing strategy to support business growth and improve the sales pipeline in key APAC markets
· Accountable for driving ROI on marketing spend, linked closely to key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect the objectives of the organization
· Share regular progress updates with internal stakeholders
· Collaborate with regional and global marketing and sales teams and play an active role in developing plans and shaping processes within the organization
· Empower local teams with skills and expertise needed, enrichening the digital knowledge needed to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
· Responsible for driving web traffic (paid and organic), online lead generation and lead nurturing:
o Oversee the production of multimedia content and ensure that it is consistent with the organization’s brand, style, and tone
o Establish brand authority and manage company reputation through social media channels
o Act as a consultant for senior stakeholders on building a strong online profile and using social media platforms as sales tools
o Communicate brand value and upsell to CWT customers through newsletters, case studies, research reports and email marketing
· Oversee digital and content team and support team growth and development
· Appoint and manage vendor relationships\: content creators, freelance writers, videographers, photographers, graphic designers and digital marketing agencies
· Track and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing tactics and impact on sales, and continuously improve the digital marketing and content strategy
· Research trends and keep the company at the forefront of new developments in digital marketing and communications
· Help business leaders achieve their goals by creating and distributing content to the internal community, which motivates employees to align with and commit to the company’s mission, vision, strategy and values
· Advise business leaders on strategic messaging and communication channels to engage with employees and provide feedback on regional employee communications
